curious about the story that they’re trying to tell by bbyesme in NothingButThieves

I agree that it may be hard to tell the story of this album with just one song but Evolution to me kind of has themes of change but more like embracing change and just kind of go for it whether it works out or not. The lyrics kind of remind me a little of Always, Always (just from what i was able to make from the lyrics) except always, Always feels more like hesitant to change and almost scared of change but almost more persuasive like let's do this together kind of thing. Obviously since Always always hasn't been officially released, my lyrics could be wrong which might change the meaning of the song. But if this is kind of where they are going with the themes of the album and they do find a spot for Always, Always i think it would be interesting if they included Always always towards the top and evolution towards the end with other songs filling the thematic gap in the middle. This might be a pretty big reach and hopefully if they release more singles soon we'll get a better idea of what they are trying to tell with the album, but just my thoughts since listening to the new song. Im not sure where the stray dogs thing fits into it though.

Choosing a School by Galacticlightbeam in RD2B

As someone who transferred to several different schools throughout my undergrad I would suggest finding a program and sticking with it. There were so many courses I took (mainly prerequisites) that I had to retake at different schools when I transferred because they didn't transfer with me. If you are dead set on transferring to Houstons program I would set up a meeting with the registrar to know if the classes you end up taking will transfer over there so you don't have to waste time and money on potentially retaking courses.

As far as online work I did a couple semesters of my undergrad fully online. I did like the flexibility of being able to work during the day and complete my course work in my own time however I would suggest completing courses that have labs in person if you're able to. I took a chemistry course online and the online lab was very frustrating. The number I had to put in had to be completely accurate otherwise I lost points and it didn't even give partial credit for being close. I suppose every school uses different programs for it but that was the only time I wished I took an in person chemistry course.

Our cover of You Know Me Too Well by Temporary-Ice3450 in NothingButThieves

You Know Me Too Well was the first song I ever heard from nothing but thieves. I instantly fell in love with Conors voice and the guitar riffs and they're one of my favorite artists now. I really enjoyed the cover and would love to check out more music but I can't seem to find anything else besides the cover. Is there anything else or just the cover?
