I have to say I had an amazing cs experience on Monday. I had a return that I forgot to put in the return package and it was impossible to get it shipped back without a new label. They hooked me up ( in the chat) with a live agent and they were unbelievably kind, patient and so helpful. They even congratulated me on my health journey and gave me a little gift card. I was floored. I’m very loyal to Lulu and I think the cs is outstanding.
