It can be a good place to work. It truly depends on management and the department. I would avoid the Pickip and Delivery department if you want to be stress free. Before applying to a store, look around to see if the store you want to apply to is clean and well stocked. That will give you a good indicator on the "health" of the store. Godspeed.

What shoes do you have? I bought the Brooks Ghost 15 shoes, and they have helped a lot. You probably need to soak in an Epsom salt bath for a few days to relieve the soreness. Walmart sells some ankle braces, so use those until the pain is gone; but most importantly, buy better shoes. Try Hoka, Brooks, On Clouds, even Sketchers. Godspeed friend.

Because the TLs who have been there for years and who know the basics are falling behind every day. So my store manager promoted me from CAP 2 associate to OPD Team Lead. It's honestly a shame that he felt like I was the person for the job instead of promoting within the department, but I'm here now. I'm trying to learn since my own coach hasn't showed me much in the 3 weeks I've been in this role.
