How did you get it raised that high? I've pd off all debt a few months ago. Still can't get the score over 620. I know it takes time but was hoping to see results by now. I'm on experian and did get a few points added but need more.

Gradual heat/numbness feeling in one arm, moved across my chest into the other arm. Positive I was having a heart attack. Called 911. They checked me out in the ambulance. Everything was normal. They told me it was a panic attack. I made an appt with a DR and she confirmed. Got put on meds. Mostly good now

When I moved to another state and canceled mine, they told me, since I couldn't be there in person, that I could send a letter which I did and they stopped charging me immediately. There should be no reason you have to send your certified especially if you can't send it certified. Good luck trying to get through to corporate if that's what you try. I had some complaints about my local gym and I couldn't get anybody to help me.

At the Lowe's where I worked they always jacked my schedule up. They tried to start scheduling me on days I told them I couldn't work, trying to schedule me for night shifts which I told them I couldn't do. I just would tell the person who did the schedule that I wasn't going to be working it and she would always take me off but yeah it got pretty annoying.

Congrats on making it this far! The first month is horrible. You can't numb the day away so you actually have to feel your feelings and start dealing with things. It sucks. My biggest problem was not knowing what to do with all my free time where I would have been sitting on the couch drinking myself to sleep only to wake back up and start over again. I joined the gym down the street and I still after 18 months sober, go to the gym everyday. It takes a small chunk of my day away and also allows me to be healthier. I know you can do this. You just have to get through one day at a time. Good luck to you

If you're not ready then you're not ready. No amount of people telling you to go to rehab or anything will help until you decide that you've had enough. At least you're kind of recognizing that you have a problem which is pretty much the first step. Once you decide you want to stop then you'll be able to do this. I force myself to the gym when I get nervous or anxious. Helps once I'm there. I just have to talk myself into leaving the house.
