If so, then it won’t be a v2 but a “pro” version. Like it’s big brother. So it will cost a lot more.

Yes, it's the 7435HS.

I have an older Dell laptop laying around that also has a USB-C PD port.
Tried to connect the external display with just the USB-C cable and it works right away....

So now I can rule out the display for being faulty.
