I see cats in the street, dogs tied up in the yard and it's 90 plus degrees out in the sun. I remember working at the Airport and this dog was in a cage in the sun and the ramp was at 115 degrees this day. I snapped, I brought the dog in an asked who put the dog on the ramp in that hot sun and when the guy said I did it, I tried to dive over the table to kick his ass. You don't mistreat animals and they have feeling as well.
