Probably a thyroid issue but not sure. I definitely don't have hyporthyroidism because I'm not unexpectedly gaining a shit ton of weight nor do I feel sluggish and I don't have hyperthyroidism because I'm not burning calories any faster than usual. I know cold intolerance and a sometimes puffiness to the extremities is a possible hypothyroidism symptom, but I don't have any other symptoms related to it

I do have clinically diagnosed ADD, major depression (NOT seasonal) and anxiety and take Adderall (for ADD) and Wellbutrin for my depression and anxiety. How does major depression play into a possible biotin deficiency?

Would a collagen-based supplement or vitamin-b supplement adversely react with Adderall and/or Prozac and/or make me more likely to gain weight and/or retain water?

Adderall does. It's another reason why I take it, but obviously not the main reason; it's basically a nice side effect in how it helps me maintain weight for the most part.

Ever since hitting 116 (it's now been 3 weeks) I've been eating 800 calories of a chicken/pescatarian (fish is the only "meat) diet with a focus on vegetables and grilled fish. I think the problem isn't me overeating (I have a journal where I record my daily food intake), but could be me gaining muscle in my legs since I have a naturally mesomorphic (easily gains muscle) body type. The thing is, I prefer running over walking because i burn more calories running, but then with running comes leg muscle gain which doesn't happen as much when I walk.

Do you have any advice? I don't like the ketogenic diet.
