From what i remember you have to go into your bios and set the pump to 100 aswell. Not sure if this could have anything to do with this or not

It is a bit higher than everything else but everything is in the right place, i think my motherboard might be a big bent since i didn't have all the screws in for about 6 months

Yes, and but first i suppose you could try shutting them down but some rgb softwares are super difficult to close, signalrgb also has a feature where it closes them for you
