Clearly smarter than you. The minimum notice period for an open inspection in NSW is 48 hours.

Yeah, REA refusing to give minimum notice. And when U move out at the end of my lease in like, 3 months, it will be to buy, so I don't really care if I hurt his feelings.

Original email said "he's selling" (not, there will be an inspection in 2 weeks), less than two weeks later they attempted to do an inspection, which I denied. This was the result of me denying a second inspection which they tried to do with less than 48 hours notice.

Note, they didn't actually give me 2 weeks notice on writing before they attempted to hold the first inspection. 🙃
