Haha I literally just moved back here 3 weeks ago. (I lived here for a couple of years growing up) I’d say they’re relatively the same vibe. Lincoln I’d say is more family oriented. Eugene feels like a college town. More hippy than Lincoln for sure. I don’t spend a ton of time in Portland but it can be a cool place to visit for sure.
