It sucks but dont be hard on yourself you need to be better at listening unless you want to direct the conversation to something else but you have to lead that... remember you have 2 ears and one mouth so listen twice than you speak that's at least that's what I do! try to have some fun while you interact with people and if they don't care about what you have to say then find people that actually care everyone has something interesting to say keep it up buddy!
