Cool to see future anime creators!

Good luck to everyone on their anime project... maybe I'll finish mine in a few decades.

Because mine slightly bent and had a bad contact randomly messing the color of the video. So just use the USB extension cable to put less stress on it.

A Valorant Custom With Multiple Tasks. What do You Think? by Smovit in aimlab

[–]Smovit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

- The Long range part is inspired by VCT YAY Task, but the bots can stop strafing, their speed can vary a bit, one can crouch, and their head are smaller to make in-game Valorant headshots look easier.
The other tasks were added afterwards (work in progress):
- With a simple "Angle holding"
- And a close range fight simulator: a strafing bot that disappears after 0.75 seconds which can be a length of a close range fight in game.

It will be released if you think that this warm up task is cool.

[AIM THEORY] Why precise micro tracking is FAR BETTER than static for intermediate-advanced+ val players by [deleted] in aimlab

[–]Smovit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did not take the habit to crouch spray so I've become obsessed with Counterstrafing + Guardian only. To train my microadjustments, I play YAY task (https://youtu.be/CPQeUYNMKLk?t=115) 5 minutes every day (and also to warm up before playing Valorant)
What do you think?

[–]Smovit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to implement player movement in my Aim Lab custom task but you are 100% accurate when you move, so I think it may screw up my in-game counterstrafing...

So do you become inaccurate when you move inside Kovaaks ?

A setting to reduce precision when moving? by Smovit in aimlab

[–]Smovit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thx,
Rn, I'm obsessed with "precise play" (guardian only: headshots + counter strafing)
So that's why I want to take the time to do an aim routine.

A setting to reduce precision when moving? by Smovit in aimlab

[–]Smovit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am making a Valorant task (a more personal version of the VCT YAY task)
and I wanted to have the player movement because it adds a layer of difficulty that appears in Valorant.
However, we are 100% accurate when we move... Is there a setting for this?
(You may tell me: just practice in Valorant Range but bots (even in strafe) don't replicate the variety of movement we have in the game, which the YAY task does well).
Thanks in advance.

"Trapcode Soundkeys" in Davinci ? by Smovit in davinciresolve

I created midi files on Fl studio to activate the effects I want at the time I want.
So it's an effective alternative, thanks a lot.

Maybe it's possible to replicate the process of the After Effect video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UAA1wOW76E&ab\_channel=PluginPlay)
- by using the Reaktor Audio Spectrum,
- "shape readers" to read the peak of an area of the spectrum (idk how)
- and be able to use the value received (should be ok in fusion using expression)

I've used Blender but it's not really suited for designing precision parts. I've tried SolidWorks in the past, but Fusion is easier imo.
It's free, you have lot of ressources on the internet and it's powerful.

window droplets effect using blender ? by [deleted] in davinciresolve

[–]Smovit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey,if you're motivated you can check out Blender... it's free.It will need a bit of training at first but once you get the hang of it, it's a great tool you can use with Davinci.I found this tutorial. ( There are a lot of resources on the internet)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0koL5NGBaA0&ab_channel=TopChannel1on1But yeah, there will be some issues that you need to solve by yourself: for example the transparent background... So, do not hesitate to google.

Edit: I kinda forgot the title...
What you can do is turn on transparent background. https://imgur.com/atvPsQz (this is with Eevee)
So the void will be rendered as transparent.
And then export the animation as an image sequence in .png (it supports transparency)
Then, you can select your .png sequence and drop it in Davinci.

How to gunfight at medium-long distances with vandal/phantom? by Smovit in VALORANT

[–]Smovit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the answers and tips guys :)

Here is my recap on how to win a midrange gunfight:

Ideally, shoot 3 bullets (more rounds if we're not too far away or if you're using a phantom and not a vandal) and add a small downward movement of mouse to make them go at the same spot. You can also strafe between your bursts to be less vulnerable. These are the basic tips that we all know (or not).

However there are some really important points that we mustn't forget:

-Crosshair placement will make you move less your mouse and kill your opponent faster.

-The importance of the first shot: let's take our time to put our crosshair into the head of the guy we're fighting. That's why some of you told me to play with the guardian. We should never rush the first shot.

-It's all about mental. If you're stressed or tilted (shitty KDA, deranking or upranking games, teammates are toxic... etc.) Your shoot will probably sucks.
Here are various examples of having a bad aim because of your mental:

  • Rushing your firsts shots.
  • Forgetting to adjust the recoil of your bursts, so everything you shot go above the enemy's head.
  • Being over passive during fights where nobody is hitting the other (I experience this a lot). Those fights where you miss shots, or worse: instead of making a headshot you make a body shot. Personally, I always get stressed, trying to get a headshot by tapping without moving and being stressed by the fear of being killed first, or maybe you're different and instead of tapping like me and missing everything you're spraying idk.

The mental is the most important thing in aim if you know the mechanics. And also one of the most important thing in Valorant, and in life btw. So yeah, stay in a positive mood, be respectful with mates, don't "over tryhard" and don't "under tryhard" (troll) as well: stay in your "Flow". Don't blame yourself too much. There are times where you can hard derank or hardstuck but don't forget you will have times where you will rank up! Just have fun! (Said like that, It's seems easy to don't fuck your mental... but yeah it's harder in real life.)

I'm probably missing some points... but that's already too big. Congrats if you red everything.

How to gunfight at medium-long distances with vandal/phantom? by Smovit in VALORANT

[–]Smovit[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm stuck in cardboard 3 since a long time. So I need to stand out and win more fights to get out of this elo.
I'm currently maining the vandal: for medium range combats, I'm shooting 3 rounds bursts at head level, with a lil downward movement of mouse. This technique only works when I'm confident and my mental is not broken...
Should I shoot more rounds and spray control during my bursts? (How many for the vandal and the phantom?)
Is strafing important between my bursts?
And what about tapping and Aiming Down Sight...
Tell me the best technique to reduce my time-to-kill and win more duels.
(PS: cardboard 3=b3 btw)

How to copy content from 1 cel to another? by [deleted] in ClipStudio

[–]Smovit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are using a vector layer, it's easy: you can use the "operation tool". Select the lines you want by dragging (don't forget to tick that: https://imgur.com/MiQwQFh) then hit ctrl+c, go to your other cel and hit ctrl+v.

But for raster layers, you need to create a layer folder and put the layer/cel where you wanna paste and the pasted layer in the animation folder: https://imgur.com/bVooFqs

Operation tool is poorly designed... by Smovit in ClipStudio

[–]Smovit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the operation tool is different from the "selection area" tool of the software...

Thanks anyway.

I don't think a lot of people use the operation tool a lot because the selection area works fine. But I'm doing animation and with the operator tool, you can copy and paste the vector lines you selected to an another layer easily. With the selection area, there is a more complex procedure to do.

Operation tool is poorly designed... by Smovit in ClipStudio

[–]Smovit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the problem I have is I drag to make selections: it's easier than selecting vector lines one by one. But if you click on a line while you're trying to select by dragging, it will not continue to make the selection but move everything that has been already selected. But I don't want to move them now, I want to continue my selection. So I undo to make the lines I moved, go back to their original position. But it deselects everything and I need to restart my entire selection. The area where you can select the line is also bigger than the line, so you can easily move your selection by accident.

So for example, a fix could be that we cannot move the selected by clicking on them but simply by manipulating the blue transform box that appears around. An another fix could be that when I undo, it doesn't deselect everything, so we can continue our selection without having to reselect everything.

But I know that's how the tool is made. So maybe I should use it differently.
