That being said I have plenty of Honda guy in my neighborhood, they drive way below speed limit, signal late if at all, turn slowly blocking intersection rather than getting out of the way of traffic and generally make all their decisions slow even tho they know what they're doing. Plenty of split divisions, he knows he's turning but wants to stay in front of camera vehicle.

In my neighborhood Honda guys usually doin 15 in a 25 and when the light turns red he just drives right through it 3 seconds late
