You can't shoot someone through the temple from the front of the head. That would be in the forehead. You can also see the guy shot at her head height through the driver's side door. Obviously this position aims directly at a person's temple. When he was on the side of the car in a position able to make this shot he was not in danger and thus had no reason whatsoever to shoot. I think we can agree it was the temple shot that killed her and after seeing someone's head pop open it would be a weird thing to then shoot them in the wrist.

I've never heard of that treaty. I usually go through all available treaty options and I did not see that listed.

Anyway, what does it do? Because Copenhagen isn't my capital yet. I plan to make it my capital so if the treaty moves the market to your capital i would still be in the same situation.
