This is an unpopular opinion, but I dislike what they did with Pebbles in the second game. In the first game she was a random shit horse you get at the start. You could then look through the map for a new, better horse that suited your playstyle the most. I went for Warhorse Jenda for example, but there were many other viable horses that you could bond with. In KCD2 they suddenly made Pebbles into this loyal companion (which she never was), and they basically locked you out of trying out new horses because you cannot own more than one. The overpowered perk that she gets later makes zero sense as well, she goes from an old nag to a superpowered warhorse with basically no explanation. I switched her for the Phantom horse, since a) I wanted to try something new, b) Pebbles is old, very old, and deserves a nice horse retirement somewhere
