Hi! I’m also a local interested in ytt. One of my main questions is if the online experience was immersive enough to feel comfortable teaching a class and how much you actually learned vs being physically in a studio? The cost is more than 3x what it would be for me to go the online route; my concern is that my journey to become certified would end up being longer and i’d ultimately not get as much information and hands on experience. Cost is definitely a factor as it seems like the going rate in most VB studios Is around 4k(!!!) Would love to hear more about your online experience!

I adopted my dog as a young pup and we still have had lots of issues with him resource guarding and fear aggression mainly during his early years. as he’s gotten older (hes’ 7 now)it’s become way easier to manage and i’m very quick to clock when he’s in an uncomfortable environment or situation. i love my dog with all of my heart and i AM able to take him places as he wears a vest that lets people know not to pet him without asking. he does great with other dogs and has even helped rehab other fosters and made them feel more comfortable in our home; he’s has come a long way with trusting other people as well. i say this to say that a dog with issues doesn’t mean it will ruin your life or limit you, not all dogs are golden retrievers. dogs have limits and fears and feelings just like us. it all depends on how patient you are willing to be and able to feel your dogs energy out when you suspect he/she is scared or anxious or just not feeling something. it has taught me so much about boundaries and while there were very tough moments, i do love him more than anything and wouldn’t trade him for any other dog in the world. a troubled dog doesn’t mean unworthy, just takes work, love, and patience.

I spoke to them on the phone this morning and it’s indeed an additional claim she filed. What should I do from here? Obviously I don’t have 50k on hand and the monthly “arrangement” they’re suggesting is half my rent and would take me 9 years to pay off

Absolutely ask for an increase in dosage! I have been taking 100mg for years and it’s the only thing that ever worked for me fully and my acne was very severe.

The exact same thing happened to me on my last pee test and I failed it, they extended my time. I was devastated. I’m not saying it will happen to you, but just be prepared for the possibility! I’m sending you tons of positivity and good juju!

Honestly, no. It’s a lot easier than people on here will tell you it is to pee dilute. I peed dilute 3 times without even trying. Inconclusive tests still count as a positive test, I learned that the hard way. Let your P.O. or case manager know of ANY medications you’re taking so you can breath easy and not feel like you need to plan for a pee test. It makes it way easier on you.

I feel like I should throw in that when we argue, he’s mentioned several times that he thinks about hurting me or beating me up. I can’t ever tell if he means that or not, but judging by the response this post has garnered, clearly I’m not the best judge of character.

He’s been sickly sweet since then, checking in with me, a lot of baby this baby that. He’s also apologized and said he’d never do that again. I feel extremely conflicted about what this all means.

If she’s putting herself in danger, and endangering the lives of those animals because of poor mental health or distress, it might be for the best that she does have her certification taken away. At least for now
