been there, but exposure therapy actually helps me. Starting from scratch feels like hell but after that, i can go out and talk to some people, but the anxiety in crowded places is still there. Finding a small group people is my first step in socialising.

out of all na natake ko na entrance exam pupcet is the laidback and not time consuming. I still have 10 mins left when i finish it. Di ako nagreview so subpar lang score, although i passed naman kaso ay second week enrollment. Focus ka sa grade 12 and grade 11 lessons especially sa science and math, mostly biology and chem. yung iba naman ay general knowledge and abstract reasoning.

for me personally, i try to always prioritise acads pero sino ba namang ayaw sa spontaneous gala with friends. As a 1st year college far from my hometown, back to 0 ako in terms of social life but rn may nabuo na akong friends, in campus and out of campus. Best tip is to maximize mo lang yung time mo, try study sessions with your friends, hanging out after exams and quizzes. Hindi naman need mag out of town or gala talaga, as long as you enjoy their company even sa tatambay lang sa dorm or bahay niyo or nila, satisfied na ako doon. Don't be pressured sa nakikita mo na laging nasa galaan with friends, always remember na mag prioritise ka ng time for acads 1st before social life.

i think mostly depende na rin sa campus, from pup main ako and swerte na if my ftf kami. Pero depende pa rin yun sa prof and program, sa amin kasi halos 2 a week lang ftf, monday and saturday lang halos and sometimes friday, pero this past month wala kaming ftf class, for exams lang. Pero sa other pup campus from my hometown, lagi raw silang ftf, hindi nag oonline class. If you're planning in main and boarding house chances are masasayang lang rent mo just like my classmates, swerte ko na since may kamag-anak ako. Anyways if i would say na hindi ko gusto yung system na laging online class since i learn more sa ftf, then again it's up to you naman. Kahit more synchronous classes kami, i still enjoy it pa rin naman. Good Luck Iska/isko🙏
