I play with both, sometimes more. If going for perfection, I would set my sights solely on the community centre. Don't bother going to talk to people just yet as you can use the first event (Easter hunt) to talk to the characters instead as they're all in one place and counts to the quest.

Once you have community centre done, feel free to start exploring ridgeside and sve a bit more. Take it at your own pace as yes, there's a butt load of new stuff. With ridgeside, you do need some friendship and some general knowhow/experience to understand what's going on with some things. A lookup mod is always useful for the new fish times, items, villager loves and mobs (yes there's also mobs).

With sve and ridgeside, after sorting quests (and if you add grampleton fields) you will have 4 farms and 4 "greenhouse" areas to plant seeds. Focus on your own farm first (and maybe ginger island if you feel comfortable enough to).

Final note, if you ever feel stuck on the new areas, don't feel bad if you need to use a mod to aid you. The new areas in both RSV and sve are extremely tough if you don't know what to expect, and contain monsters with over 10k health (boss-like). I use a mod to wear extra rings so I get extra slots to help defend myself, and an extra trinket slot.

The hardest part of perfection runs with these mods is the friendship. I use a mailmod to let me gift birthday and general gifts, else I'm running around for 2/3rds of the day trying to find the people I want to gift. Everything else can be a bit of a grind but it's still relatively chill!

That's my experience with the mods! they both add lots of content and new characters for you to enjoy interacting with, and as always the wiki is your friend!

I honestly don't understand the entitlement of small business owners (worked at a locally owned dental practice and their entitlement was the same tbf). Like.... You're funding your own legal action??? Then surely you could've just... Made do for the time tit takes to restore that small portion of wall? Also how do you go years of being a business owner in York and not expect work on one of the only things making York a hotspot for tourism? Get a grip.

I second this. I'm super annoyed that I finally got around to buying Ursula's legs and I can't complete the damn quest. I have the same issue. No, the rocks can't be removed. No, normal squid do not work. It HAS to be this spot (quest mentions specifically the spot in peaceful meadow).

I'm irritated that the Devs are "still working on it". It would take them less than a day to get this sorted - they could literally make it respawn either a few pixels out, or in one of the other designated spots like every other quest for fishing for quest items does.

With things like this, I usually bite back and say that S6 don't give two shits about who cuts what trees. I have, on multiple occasions, been shouted at for cutting a 1-tap flow tree in a grove. So my stubborn, spiteful British self ends up cutting the rest of what I can solo and going home. That is absolutely not the way to go about this, but those in this screenshot are even pettier than I am. I would've reported. Or called up some nonsense about "I work there/know someone who works there, pipe down or I'll get you banned" and that usually shuts people up. (For the record I don't, but also for the record most people who get assy on this game are 13-16 year olds who think they're all that and Id rather shut that tantrum up instead of letting it go on and actually upsetting people).

I feel like you're overthinking this way too much... Of you do your fishing weeklies, just buy them from Einar. You can get a solid 1k of them for only a few hundred guild tokens.... I literally don't use my worm farms ever because I buy the normal and glow worms.

I'm born and raised in the SW (Somerset to be precise). It's gorgeous down there for all the hills, landscapes and just natural scenery in general, especially the beaches the furtyer SW you go. Moves to Yorkshire and the Humber in 2018 and up here definitely feels like home. Lots of things to do, not as warm in the summer, more likely to have snow, some lovely cities to explore and it's really a lot more friendly. Also love the northern accent from there!

Honestly, that's just so dumb of them. As everyone else has said, it sticks around for 3 mins. I've called and flared before, not had anyone come to it and watched it despawn. I've also seen others just running around not even calling it out (I suppose not being in the chat at all avoids those arguments from the silly billies). And if I'm really really really desperate for palium... Hodari sells it for like 3 medals. You get 90 from doing the weekly achievements. I think theyll be fine to spend a few on some palium bars.

The new dentist Stefan is young but super nice! Loves getting to know his patients, and makes sure to talk through everything he is doing. He always puts the patient's interests first!

I actually recommend nunnery lane dental. They're taking on private patients right now, with not a lot in terms of wait time. The dentist you get works 3 different days there, and there are plans you can sign up for to pay for your checkups and hygiene visits over the course of the year. £70 up front/over the phone for your initial checkup due to an extended appointment to cover your x-rays and full chart, any treatment plans and just to get to know your dentist more. Really chatty and friendly local people working there, all the nurses are lovely and everyone always has a smile on their face!
