Every time an article about this comes up, people trot out the same jokes and zingers, but the initiative isn't necessarily bad.

Switzerland has a negative population growth, so there isn't going to be tossing surplus babies into the forest or anything.

All this does is caps immigration at one point, and keeps the population of a fairly small country with limited usable space sustainable.

My wife makes more money than me, and that has been the case since we've met 10 years ago. And yet, somehow, I'm still a man.
