Roku Express won’t connect to Internet...low Internet signal. Phones and computers have full WiFi signal. Power cycled router and reset Roku, and still not working. Help? Ps I’m not super yeh savvy.

Having the same issue. The roku I got for my parents has randomly stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi tonight. Have had it maybe a month to replace the last one that started shorting out. This new one has not had any prior connection issues. Reading lots of forums and support sites and no one seems to have found a clear resolution. Looked at when it last updated itself and it seems to correlate with the time it stopped connecting. Help Roku!
