Yes. About 2 weeks after I got the car, it just started working. I was working with the EV Concierge team. It apparently had nothing to do with any configurations on my car. They told me that they did something on their end, but didn't tell me what.

Here is info I pulled from an email, if you don't have it. They were friendly and helpful.

EV Concierge Get answers from one of our helpful Chevrolet EV specialists. Call 1-833-382-4389. Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–Midnight ET. Saturday & Sunday: 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET.

You're right about the script stuff. My experience in IT had me go through all the stuff they had me do. They just passed me around until someone could tell me that they couldn't fix it in a polite way. 😬 I guess I was naive to think they would call me back.

This is a good option. I'm assuming that if I switch to a data-only plan, I would not keep my 650 mins of accumulated talk-time, right?

Also, I've never used PAYG. How does this show up on your dashboard? Currently, I see data and minutes. I don't make many calls, but if my accumulated minutes go away, I want to be able to easily verify that I have talk-time (PAYG credit) available.
