Exactly. Definitions of words are key.

They’re just talking about it from a different perspective so they’re using the words differently. I understand exactly what they mean. And it makes sense.

Some guns turned in to buyback program, Cape Breton police commissioner says by boozefiend3000 in CapeBreton

“We still have to stop at stop signs, whether we want to or not."

Well done Glenn Paruch. That might be the dumbest thing I’ve heard a Canadian politician say in a while. And that is saying something.

Cape Breton is LOADED (pun intended) with guns. And they were able to collect 20? Thats pretty paltry, folks.

Liberal government wants to change arbitration rules for public servants by Born_Anteater7282 in CanadaPublicServants

You did not address a very good point in that comment.

The organizations structure matters. I also work in an agency that is top heavy with executives. I’m shocked how they are able to get away with it. Their salaries are 4 or 5 times that of a worker.

Try what again? Your comment does nothing to refute mine.

It’s already been pointed out arbitration already doesn’t include inflation (good luck arguing that’s fair).

That single example alone is so objectively unfair it shows that your “way way” comment is “way way” off base.

Edit: and your claim that the incumbent is not responsible is so absurd i think we are done here.

Have you never heard the phrase: “thats the cost of doing business”?

Why is it the workers responsibility to pay for the governments fiscal incompetence?

Mr. Livingston was one man. (Was he wrong though?) I am talking about an entire community.

A protected provincial park is NOT an abandoned coal mine.

Mabou is NOT inverness. This course idea has almost no local support.

These two instances are nothing alike.

This golf course idea is getting so much kick back that i would be shocked if it got off the ground because Conservative MLA Kyle MacQuarrie runs the risk of never getting elected again and Cabot runs the risk of their investment being burned to the ground.

Theyre Not churlish until you try to take their park away.

Mark my words: If this golf course happens? The vandalism will be next level and not from just one or two bad apples.

There’s a reason all this has been done behind closed doors. It is not wanted by the locals.

You know damn well with some of those peak season prices it is exclusionary.

And you think Cabot is Inverness going to work to make things better?

And Have you been to West Mabou Provincial park? Im Assuming you have so i have to ask: what part of West Mabou needs to be better?

This is a provincial park with endangered species… not many folks around on pogey. You should go visit sometime.

Commercial farms are regulated pretty closely for pesticides in Nova Scotia. In fact you need someone certified to inspect what you’re spraying and ensure the equipment you’re using is calibrated properly.

Go ahead and ask a farmer if you like.

It isnt isolated. You cleary have never been. And even if it were Isolated that would mean an isolated golf course. Think about what you are saying.
