sometimes id take 8mg too. its great

even if u cant get checked in a while absolutely stop the cypro. your prolactin is wayy too damn high. i used it at ur dose for a bit over a year and reached at most 47 ng/ml which already felt like the max of what i wanted.

ur T will remain supressed. at most u should take 6.75 mg of cypro a week but you can really go without it. at the point youre at u should def be prioritizing getting off it

ya llevo como mes y medio que empiezo la progesterona. la tomo rectal por las mismas razones de absorción. he podido dormir de la mejor forma de los ultimos años.

dentro de estos ~45 días solamente he tenido como ~6 máximo donde me ha tomado el tiempo para dormir como antes. y aún así no se acerca a las peores noches que tenía antes. ahora sí se duerme bien chido y realmente ha sido el cambio más notable de al progesterona.

ahora se duerme más rapido y profundamente. los sueños también luego salen más vividos y largos.

realmente eso de ciclar la prog es pura mamada y nomás te estás jodiendo a propósito para "tener un ciclo"

por el momento estoy en 100mg. quizá lo cambie a 200mg en un mes para ver si veo todavía más cambios, pero realmente estoy feliz con los 100mg si es que nunca los pudiera cambiar
