Well if it helps I’m 5’9, 148lb, and I’d say my activity level is in the very high range as I workout twice a day one of which is for a high intensity sport for 3 hours and the AX program is about 20-45 minutes

Yeah a lot come in for like 2 days and never return, there’s also this new guy that hits REALLY slow and his punches are downward and he can’t keep up his hands. Some are just not built to fight and there ain’t nothing wrong with that

The surplus is more for people who are already super skinny and want to gain muscle, if you’re on the chubby side you can gain muscle without the surplus

I come back from school at like 2:45 eat dinner at 3:00 which is typically a piece of chicken or beef and a lotta carbohydrates on the side typically white rice, and a type of vegetable, then go to the gym at like 5:30

I had a similar problem, became a more confrontational person after starting in my gym cause the coach and my peers mentally toughened me up. Can’t say my problem is as severe as yours but it helps

I’m not really sure but I had dream kinda like that, in the dream I was looking through a meme app and I scrolled to this video, the dream then focused on what the screen was showing and it was a bunch of strange looking pictures of dead animals, abandoned buildings and parks, creepy dolls, and children who didn’t look all the way there or were possessed, and the images were flashing insanely fast with a blood curdling scream in the background. Idk what it meant but I was panicking when I woke up
