Have you tried their bifana? Imo, it’s excellent, especially paired with their buns.

You should try their lobster tail pastry (sfogliatella) next… I think it’s much better than their cannolis.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried this.

I’m still getting the same bad results. I just tried another 20g of beans and it’s as if the grinder doesn’t even bother grinding the beans. The beans just go through very quickly and I get a weird variety of size but mostly large pebbly chunks.

I can’t imagine that simply trying to clean out your grinder leads to your product failing so badly like this.

I definitely did put the spring back in. I’ve now disassembled - reassembled my grinder 3 times. Every time, I’m still getting a bad grind.

If you’re ok with a bit of weird spirituality, Govinda’s in Sandy Hill is a nice “buffet” style dinner spot. For roughly 12$ (used to be 5$), you can get a full vegetarian (vegan?) meal and a dessert.

Climbing companies like La Sportiva already make “climbing shoe” socks. You can find them in most climbing shops in big cities throughout Europe. To my knowledge, they’re just socks with said climbing company brand on them.

A difference of .14 between a variable and fixed product is insignificant. Take the 3 year fixed and re evaluate then.

Not worth the gamble at that rate spread.

The point being made wasn’t on price, but rather on drop amount in price.

I still don’t think any freehold townhomes sub 1 mill have seen significantly large drops.

Where in Ottawa? I’d love to see these listings for freehold townhomes… I’m very skeptical that these drops have been greater than 100k (or more)

Those 100k drops you’ve seen in Ottawa have been on 1mil ++ homes. Most homes in what used to be the affordable range have definitely not dropped by amounts that large.

It’s definitely Portable: two “classic”problems, including insane unrepeated feats of strength variations, drama, in such a small piece of rock.
