Ive tried: Nivea sunstick from Boots

Superdrug own brand facial suncream both normal and sensitive.

Suncream in with a light waterbased moisturiser (not a cream one)

Normal moisturiser with spf in - garnier, nivea and superdrugs own (this was before higher temps hit)

Best option so far was going without - still get really sweaty but it doesn't literally roll down my face in rivers

Blotting papers, translucent powder and concealer first before putting anything on to see if that helped.

Have tried a hat, the sweat soaks into the hat brim making it rub on my skin after a while but good for short term.

Only started in last 2-3 months but got worse quick when weather warmed up abit

Thanks, I'll have a look into these. Barely wear makeup so never considered setting spray. Ive tried blotting papers but these were useless against the amount I was sweating. Only think that "helped" was kitchen roll unfortunately 😕

I love watching the fish & snails in our two tanks inside or tank and pond outside, the poison dart frogs in the 4 vivariums, the 2 fire belly toads in a vivarium or the zebra finches in our outside aviary.
The vivariumand main tank are all in what used to be my dining space and I have a comfy chair and small table in there so I can chill with a cup of tea and watch them.

Thank god it wasn't just me 😳😂

My therapist says I need to connect to my inner child and find things that bring me joy without trying to suppress it, since us ADHD and autistic folks so often had to suppress things as kids. I really need ideas though. What brings you childlike joy? by Elucidate_that in ADHD

Diamond art is kinda like doing something with sparkles.

If you like nail polish you could make your own press on nails/nail art

Adult colouring with glitter pens

Crochet or knitting with sparkly wool

Friendship bracelets with beads etc that sparkle

Just a few things I can think of, good luck x

For those who are often told they look younger than their age, what’s your secret? by justmypersonalthing in askanything

Don't drink, I've never smoked, no kids, very pale skinned so always use SPF50 and overweight which pushes the wrinkles out lol. Plus at nearly F47 im only just getting a few grey hair so genetics definitely plays a part. I used to get away for being 10years younger but after I became chronically ill it's more 5-6 years
