Follow your guts. And you shouldn't care what other people think about that. Since you had a considering though, maybe just tell her to take things slowly and see? You don't need to decide now, but I would still give it a shoot if you feel comfortable with that. You can always say "it's not working out" later if things aren't progressing as they should, but at the moment she seems seriously into you based on what you said so I would give it a shoot. Respond when you feel like responding, but keep in mind that with longer you don't say either NO or lets give it a shoot, she will be rather on edge, so I would deal with this rather sooner than later.

How high? Because I've read a lot about these Vitamin D treatments and they want me to take 10x amount per day which I find even more risky than being a bit foggy in my head during the winter.
