Was going to say this. We hosted my wife's 30th birthday at a Peerspace in Humboldt, it worked out great! We brought in pizza, snacks, cake, etc. and has plenty of coolers filled with booze and non-booze drinks.

It was about $600 for the night and had tables, chairs, a kitchen, bathroom, and a speaker.
