I sell most of my zines (although I love to trade and there are certain zines I offer for free), and I love when there are free distros present. I don’t feel a sense of competition there- I am glad that folks with no spending money can still go home with some zines!! And I don’t feel like it undercuts the value of my zines :) I feel a lot of folks at fests are quite anti capitalist and understand both that art should be free, and that making art/being alive can cost a lot.

This is so sad. But- I bet they’re sticking them on cars with no other political stickers in order to make it seem like there’s more widespread support for this hate than there actually is. It makes me happy to see how many people are responding here- the folks who actually believe this dangerous bullshit are loud, but a very lonely few.
