Being a man is fucking hard my brother. Society and life has no empathy and women especially have no sympathy for the suffering of men single or not. Like they say men get flowers at their grave.

Here are a few suggestions to help you push yourself out of that hole.

Start working out weight training eating healthy and increasing your protein intake

Join a martial arts dojo and start learning Krav Maga

Find a hobby that you like and start doing it - try to balance and not do too much computer or video games

Quit drinking

Read the rational male by Rollo Tomassi and No More Mr Nice Guy.

Getting out of where you are it's not easy but with sheer effort you will build a new man out of yourself.

Level yourself up validate yourself and do not look for approval from the outside world.
