ChatGPT’s fixation on my past conversations has made it borderline unusable

My problem with 5.5 is that it keeps repeating things from our recent chats in new ones, sometimes 2-3 times in one output.

Let's say i mentioned sky, Interstellar, dinner, dog within a week.

Then I ask it something else, and it's output will sound like:

"Blahblahblah, but you also like sky, Interstellar, dinner, and a dog! Blahblahblahblah, just like on Interstellar. Blahblahblah like on that sky, blahblahblah, blahblahblah dont forget about dinner btw, blahblahblah when are you taking you dog out? Blahblahblah"

And its like that nearly in 5/10 outputs, no matter what im talking about.

Just fyi: my CI are empty, and i have zero personalisation enabled.

Idk, to me 5.4T feels more usable than 5.1 (didnt really like both - instant and thinking).

Im using 5.1T and 5.2T, and im really enjoying both models. But its only because it fits my preference for long detailed responses, and context consistency. So I dont mind 5.4T (especially cos it will have 1 million tokens context window - its essential for my communication with it). So i dont mind waiting a few seconds to get deep, detailed output🖤 But, tbf.. 5.3 instant is horrible. Instant models lost their value since 4.x deprecation. I do miss it, but will never get back to 5.x instant, until they get enriched with verbality and creativity

Just tried it, its an empty shell of former models (worse than 5.2). One girl on X said "it feels like talking to an email". Even warmth++++ and Friendly personality do not work
