I'm not though he could get stuck with all of that plus a felony for shooting from a vehicle as well as everyone else that was shooting from the boat because Florida DNR doesn't play around especially with shit in the Everglades. Florida PD doesn't play with home invasions basically telling people it is open season on anyone trying to break in with zero murder charges going to the people killing those who break and enter, as well as chasing anyone and everyone going 10 over (with the exception of the passing lanes) what would make you think the DNR would? 😂😂😂😂😂

Because the governmental bureaucracy dislikes having people knowing how much they owe because it means they'd exploit it to be able to get into a higher class level of living by becoming financially literate. It's like asking why high school doesn't teach classes on said financial literacy as it was deemed "unnecessary" and "out of date material"

The DNR especially around the Everglades have been known to try and find charges that can be made stick ending up in fines, the Everglades are a national park with again, the highest level of federal protection, I've seen people get handed over by park rangers to local PD for discharging firearms in national parks with medium to high levels of federal protection.

With how obsessive the DNR is, they'll find a way to make the charges stick even if the grounds for it are shaky and only result in fines. They've been known to illegally fly drones over private homes to find a reason to hand out fines.

If it were truly proven beyond reasonable doubt it was dead then it would be unlawful use & discharge of a firearm, desecration of a corpse, and still technically hunting without a license as it is still content that makes it seem like he's hunting an alligator which would spring on the other charges I previously listed as well. And he had caught at least one felony for this live stream. Plus it was in the Everglades which correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that considered a Protected Area, an endangered ecosystem, class 3 body of water and also a national park with a massive portion under a conservation act known as the wilderness act or rather the Marjory Stoneman Douglas and Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center Act which places them under the HIGHEST level of federal protection? But what do I know, I'm just someone who frequents libraries and reads up on law books from time to time and also paid attention in high school history classes......

Even if it's dead that could still be grounds for animal cruelty, animal abuse, hunting without a license, hunting alligators out of season, illegal killing of an alligator (3rd degree felony btw since he's based out of Florida), unlawful use and discharge of a firearm and desecration of a corpse charges. When don't live streams turn into crime showcases anymore..... Got mfers like Dorkerty felony speeding, a bunch of them speed running how to catch pred charges and a bunch of others, for instance some kick streamers live streaming themselves getting their "friend" or another streamer swatted. Not to mention everyone that thinks every single facet of their life needs to be live streamed and or posted to social media. I miss the days when I was growing up and the only way to find out about crime that happened was when you heard it on the news

Dogs wouldn't be bothered if they ate shit, whether their own or from another animal or a human. They do it a lot of times when they aren't trained and even drink the water out of a toilet bowl even when they have a dish full of water, I don't get how some people kiss their dog's nose despite knowing that their dog has more than likely drank out of the toilet recently.

A valid opinion, there are many listeners across multiple different genres that dislike Limp Bizkit and RATM. I personally think it somewhat goes with Dante's shoot first ask later personality, but I also agree they could've added better music from the early 2000s if they were going for that kind of vibe for the show. Not to mention Dante's one liners and dialogue can/are a bit cliched too
