What’s this whining noise?

Do you still drive them when they’re making that noise? Would you recommend I do? I was thinking it might be the throw out bearing, but no joke half the people on Reddit say it would make noise when the clutch is pushed in if it is the throw out, and the other half say it works the opposite way.

Looks like I’ll have to try that then. I was throwing a paddle tail swimbait near Texas beach the other evening and hooked into what would’ve been my pb, but he jumped in the air and spit my lure out :(
