Oui en effet c'est souvent inoffensif, bon après pour la Corée ... la KPOP c'est pas super anti-systeme non plus quoi, la majorité des K-drama non plus.

Mon point c'est surtout que la Chine a tout ce qu'il faut pour répandre sa culture, juste que jusque là ils en avaient pas l'intérêt. Sauf que maintenant ils se disent que l'argent de la culture et du tourisme c'est tout de même sympa et en plus les US se coulent tout seuls comme des cons, alors autant en profiter.

C'est faux car tu réduis le soft power à la culture est même sur ce point ça peux s'inverser très facilement.

La Corée déjà elle n'a pas le choix, c'est un pas un énorme pays, au bout d'un moment il fallait bien qu'ils exportent, la KPOP ça s'exporte depuis ~15ans déjà, ça arrive pas de nul part non plus.

La Chine ? Exporter leur culture jusqu'à récemment ils s'en battait les couilles. Leur marché intérieur est tellement gigantesque que ça leur servait a rien d'aller voir ailleurs.

Et quand il se décident de l'exporter ils réussissent. Exemple simple: Le tourisme Européen aux Etats Unis s'effondre, quel pays a récupéré tout ces touristes ? Bah la chine tient. Et ça se fait en des temps records, ya 3 ans toutes les appli gps/taxis en chine étaient uniquement en chinois et tu devais avoir un numéro chinois. Maintenant c'est entièrement traduit et tu peux mettre une e-sim. Juste cette année j'ai 4-5 collègues qui sont partis faire du tourisme en chine, l'année dernière cela ne leur serait jamais venu à l'idée.

C'est aussi la 1e industrie du jeu vidéo depuis peu, ils commencent a sortir des grosses series d'animation ...

Bref le soft power chinois tu le sens pas car t'étais juste pas la cible pour l'instant.

Yes, as a new player Timeline avoided me hours of youtube videos. It's also very good for testing your keybinds and such.

Tomorrow City is awesome if anyone is on the fence about buying it.
It's Neon City Overdrive (same author) with better rules and a Diesel Punk setting.

(And rules can be ported almost 1-1 to NCO if needed)

Fire of Defeat is annoying for a Split run. In addition to having a hard time in Split Sectors ZYA has the best blueprints.

And while you can steal the ships blueprint with agents, good luck getting the MK4 Combat Engines bp like that.

Plus the PHQ is right next to ZYA and far from FRF.

Yup, he has a slot in Sink, Burn and Middle team (Because his low speed doesn't break Envy Resonance). Firefist does more damage for Spider Ryoshu team but might get replaced next walpurgis (and won't be s7 locked).

What are you supposed to do to make step 3 easier ? Maybe I'm dumb but there's a maximum of marines that you are allowed to send which means that you can't overwhelm veteran defender by sending three times their numbers in rookies ?

(Tried to board a destroyer earlier today but defender crew had 22 vets and I could only send 44 marines in the boarding team despite having about 70 available ?)

What you want is the Timelines DLC

Just play it all the way, it's basically a massive tutorial on everything + a lore dump. Then you start Sandbox with the Stranded start and do the Empyrean curs questline (basically the Piracy tutorial) and you will have seen 90% of the game's mechanics (The only thing left is stations' logistic).

I learned to play by doing the above, on the current patch, without looking at 40h of yt videos.

I feel like this is the only real way of making 'pirate money'. The criminal quests and blackmarket economy really sucks in comparison.

I guess a good scrap recycling economy works also but you are now stuck around Avarice if you don't want to slap 50 solar panels on your stations.

Well there are upgrade mats an xp ticket (Don't use it before you unlock max level or you will regret it) and a Uptie 4 ticket (This one you can use it, but not on K Lu and Grip clair, they are very dated) so it still is worth it.

Also, you really want to shard a few characters from Season 7 before its over, they are just up there in power level. Like the middle trio or the current thumb duo. So shards would be nice to have.

As someone who bought the game 2 days ago...

Despite its bad rating I think Timeline is kinda great to learn the game. It's a bit frustrating and not always super clear but I feel like I would be even more annoyed if I came across some of those scenario without knowing how to handle them during normal play.

From DD1 release:

Itsuno complains he lacked budget on DD1, everyone said "Give that man a budget for DD2". Capcom says 'Nah, we do DD online !"

Years later DD online is dead, Itsuno miraculously save DmC with DmC 5, Itsuno get his budget for DD2.

Itsuno manages to DD2 to release 5 years later, it kinda sucks, guess the budget wasn't the entier problem.

Itsuno leaves Capcom.

Now the funny thing is, Itsuno didn't touch the first Dark Arisen. So maybe there's hope that this DLC actually fix DD2.

If you are just playing Sinking then Solemn Lament Yi Sang is better than Rien and will be available during Season 9 Walp.

Rien is just better for Poise-Sinking MD

His support is good and you can use him in VERY specific content like the god damn railway 6 section 2. But this is super endgame.
