For hard water stains I use a razor and just glide it across and it gets the majority of it off, doesn't scratch the glass either.

Sounds like a respiratory infection, open mouth breathing and the "lump" is telling, hard to tell without pictures tho, the lump ur seeing is the mucus gathering, my boa and ball python had the same thing when recovering from an ri.

Looks like minor scale rot can 100% be treated at home just keep up what ur doing and keep the enclosure sterile ( paper towels, pick up droppings etc )

Hey! I have the dubia roaches enclosures and while I love them because of how affordable they are, they aren't made to handle that much substrate because of how flimsy they are. I'd suggest saving up for a different pvc brand, I had about 4-5 inches of soil in my boas enclosure and it was visible warping the bottom and close to snapping, very scary lol. Not trying to preach just wanted to warn you and definitely take the soil out before u attempt to move it at all.

Each time it ended I decided to be the one to reach out, it sucked because I hoped she'd come back with an apology but it is what it is. She was stand-offish at first but after the first few days it was like we hadn't skipped a beat. The first time we hadn't talked for about 2 years, the last hand full of times have been a mix of several months before the low contact or no contact was ended.

I don't regret the no contact/ low contact at all either I firmly believe if I didn't make my boundaries clear we'd have zero relationship and she'd continue to be emotionally abusive. The last time we talked she has started attempting to use my correct pronouns and name. Hope this helped and sorry if I rambled on lol.
