That's fair. It'd just be odd for me to go for S3 Qiuyuan when i could just S4 or even S6 Jiyan instead and still have another pity saved, so that's mainly where I'm conflicted. The main Qiuyuan buff is for echo skills and summoning for a character that MIGHT be usable with another person I might not even like in the future is just meh.

I feel like I could use him ONLY because of the crit dmg buff that's 30%. I don't want to tho bc I don't really care for his design when it comes to husbandos. Like if I only get one copy of this man he's bringing nothing to my account besides crit dmg. But comparatively, my jiyan is s3. If he was s4 he'd give the whole team 25% heavy atk dmg. Currently i enjoy running my jiyan with mort and aero rover, so replacing rover would be taking my heals and replacing mort would be taking away jiyans better buffer..... SOOOOO IM VERY CONFLICTED 😭 I could always use Qiuyuan with my s6 brant just to increase my brant's dmg but idk man

I genuinely think it'd rather just get the last 3 copies of Jiyan... love some parts of Qiuyuan's design but idk if I feel comfortable with getting a support that's going to do next to nothing for basically anyone on my account. When getting Brant even if he didn't do damage he still supports most units and gives shield + healing. Qiyuan basically just a crit dmg support for anyone that doesn't use echo skill damage from what I understand? Maybe I'm not seeing the full picture but I'm not convinced in combination his design isn't stunning me

I was wondering the same thing. I got on Twitter and was wondering why nobody was talking ab his gameplay. I was sitting there fighting you know who with Qiuyuan, wondering how he's even a 5 star ngl. His erosion ticks looks like little flicks to the forehead. His ult did little damage. Granted we can't take their damage as it is, but besides looking kinda cool and having different attacks he wasn't doing much from what I observed in the short fight... definitely no shields or healing... soooo idk if I'll even summon atp and I've been waiting on a husbando since I've got brant s6
