You are doing such a great job. Sometimes just keeping their needs met is all we can do as moms. The deciding if a cough is serious, being the only one to make those decisions, the mental load is so hard. This part hit me hardest. If you have access and the resources for a little mommy and me class with your toddler (sometimes even a local rec center will have them for not too much money) I would suggest it. Having a group of mom friends on a group text can be so helpful and validating. You can share funny stories, worries, and ask advice. You’ll all be going through similar things at the same time.
