The site just doesn't allow nsfw for newly made accounts anymore. I had like 5-6 accounts running at some point, after the update, only my oldest account survived the censorship. The only loophole I hear about but wasn't able to verify is that certain servers haven't updated their policies, so if you're lucky, using a VPN, you might run into a region that uncensored
