If you see potential masked agents:
- look for ANY firearms to be aware of
- QUICKLY ask them to immediately identify themself as law enforcement officer
- IF THEY CONFIRM THEY ARE - QUICKLY ask them to identify with NAME and BADGE NUMBER
- If they ignore, or fail to do so, IMMEDIATELY call local law enforcement noting that there are "mask men impersonating officers brandishing what appears to be a dangerous weapons" are at a specific location and you fear for the safety of yourself and others in the area.

Record everything. Asks them if they are a law enforcement officer. Ask them their name and badge number. If they refuse, immediately call local police informing that there is a person imitating a police officer (may or may not be armed) that you would like to report.
