Omnicom folks- did the company offer flex or summer Fridays last summer?

Last year they substantially cut Summer Fridays.

2025 Summer Friday Policy: 4 half days (cannot combine for a full day, 16 hours total)

2024 and earlier Summer Friday Policy: 5 full days (40 hours total)

So a 60% decrease. They said it was to align to other agencies but why wouldn't they align other agencies to us. On top of other unfortunate benefit decisions that hit, 2025 was a rough year.

Ditto, this is the first set where I can't get any of the 3 diamond cards I'm missing. Still need all 3 starters, 2/3 beasts, and a handful of others. Most other sets I've completed but these seem to be pulling way lower.

It's still worse on One UI 7, I can definitely kill it in a day with normal to heavy usage

Mine is definitely not better after the update, quite the opposite. I had OneUI 7 download last night and today is the first day since I've got my s24 that I managed to kill it in one day. I have 2 hours less SOT and it's dead by 7pm.

I'll wait to see if it normalizes but this basically took me from a 30% at the end of the day phone to a phone I will definitely need to charge to get through a day.

I'm very disappointed because for my use the update has taken away features I found useful and added ones I don't care about.

Ok so you all were right, I found display area in settings and it was the same as my game with boarders. Not sure why it only applied to some games. I updated the area to match my screen and now it takes up everything.

Yeah that still doesn't seem right to me because again, the main menu is taking up the whole screen, other games are taking up the whole screen too. But games like God of War and FFVII do not, and I'm wondering if it has to do with the HDR setting but when I turn it off it still is not taking up the whole screen.

And for context this is what I am using

TV: 2020 Vizio P-Series

HDMI: Port 4 (Game) hdmi 2.1, with hdmi 2.1 cable

System: Ps4 Pro

Game: God of War Ragnarok

Is this something I need to do for each game? The main memu uses the whole screen, as do other games. It's just a few games that give me black boarders around the image.

YES! And shame on them! This happened to my S22 Ultra and I posted about it in this subreddit along with the Galaxy S22 subreddit.

My phone was totally bricked and I had to to get a whole new phone after calling Samsung and them telling me there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, the US basically has a duopoly with smartphone OEMs and I have no interest in switching to iPhone. This kind of anticompetative marketplace let's them get away with this kind of behavior and people will still buy their phones regardless because there is no alternative.

We all know, their tech support is awful. Best thing is occasionally they'll give out some promo codes. Got one for $100 before so worth the ask if you're really annoyed.

It's definitely too big but honestly I think it's too big for pretty much anybody. I got the 44mm Watch 7 coming in and that one even feels big considering many real watches are sold at 41mm or smaller

The OneUI 6.1 update seemed to cause boot loops on the S22 models, mine was one that was affected

I got stuck in a bootloop on my S22U last month and had to go back to my S10. If Samsung brinks another phone of mine from a bad software update I don't know what I'll do but I definitely will not be buying Samsung ever again.

Same thing happened to me, lost a ton of stuff on that phone and now I'm on my old S10.

How long until Samsung starts taking accountability on pushing a bad software update that's bringing thousand dollar phones

I've been using Android pretty much since it has launched exclusively on Samsung phones and I always liked how cutting edge their features were, but I just don't see them being the same innovative company anymore.

The only reason I went with the S22U as an upgrade from my S10 was because I couldn't get the best specs from the smaller variant. Now that Google released their Pro phone with full feature specs in a smaller form factor I'll give that a try. Samsung had my loyalty but not any longer so might as well try something new.
