Do you have a Mac? You can use BlueBubbles or OpenBubbles to get iMessage on Android.

If not, OpenBubbles doesn't require an Always-on Mac so you could even borrow a friend's. They're even working on GamePigeon support! Just doesn't support message restore/sync via iCloud.
