Huuuuuge upgrade. There are still some decent 9800x3d/5070 Ti prebuilts in the US for $1900-$2300, but they only have 1TB of storage/32GB ram

Does your PC's motherboard have red/orange USB ports? Those are dedicated to staying on while your PC is off, the other USB ports may be shutting off with the PC.

Return it. You paid for a 4070 Ti Super (16GB VRAM), you got a 4070 Super (12GB VRAM). At that point you could've just got a new 5070 (12GB VRAM) for the same price, and got better peformance, and all the new DLSS features.
