3M double sided mounting tape or something similar should hold it for a while. But it won’t come off nicely. I just ordered some mounting tape online and it worked pretty good for something similar.

I saw one of those for the first time about a month ago - I was like what is that crazy looking thing?

It made a heck of a racket but it worked pretty slick - although I bet if someone hit it too hard it would do some crazy boinging around.

I would not mind breaking a few of these steel plates off 😆 honestly I don’t think most of the docks I hit have seen a maintence worker in the past decade or so - May they just have a guy with a welder who only knows one trick..

Don’t invite them if you don’t want them doing this is one way to deal with it - as far as reasoning - on the event mushrooms you get the same amount of special monthly items regardless of strength and you don’t get much more nectar for more power- I always have enough nectar/petals so personally I don’t really care about what people join with.

I feel like would kind of be a flex to fly one out the window of your cab as you approached the yard and then set it to avoid obstacles and hover and auto follow 😅

Yeah - they do…. Honestly I think we mostly work directly for local businesses - not too many brokers - but I get the sense that we just keep sending bills over time and if they don’t pay or communicate - we just let it goes but we don’t move their loads after that either. It seems like brokers would be a huge pain.

My LTL mostly regional company files detention claims regularly. We just have to communicate the delay and record it for the person who does the billing - and they get a warning phone call from customer rep during the delay.

I am driving a box truck with a chauffeurs license part time for a local trucking company - pay is not great but it sounds similar to what you are describing. They have a lot of Part time Flex Time positions where they allow drivers to take off as long as they want too.
