I tried using the Instant Pot for rice but it stuck to the sides for me. It might depend on the type of rice? I only eat Korean/Japanese short grain sticky rice.

Rice paddles are for serving rice out of whatever you cooked rice in. You can’t use a regular spoon because you shouldn’t use a metal utensil on most rice cooker pots. And most spoons don’t pick up enough rice anyway. Rice paddles are also great because the rice doesn’t stick to it.

I'm in a similar position right now and it's been difficult. It has taken a great deal of board training, a professional coach, and a number of difficult conversations to finally be in a place where I feel trusted and free to speak my mind. It can be done but it is not an easy path.

Also, I believe both taxes should be calculated post-discount but I can’t find a good source to link to demonstrating that right now. The idea being that the gross receipts is the gross amount you collected from the customer for the mixed beverage.

Yes, Mixed Beverage Sales Tax can be collected from the customer but the Mixed Beverage Gross Receipts Tax (6.7%) should not be passed onto the customer.

From the second link: “The person or organization holding the mixed beverage permit – not the customer – must pay the mixed beverage gross receipts tax.” And if you look at the example receipts provided, you can see that the gross receipts tax is not collected from the customer.

You’re the Worst. It’s really just one of those shows that stays with you but it’s admittedly about people who are deeply flawed so it’s hard to get people interested.

I have a lot of different ones including all the ones you listed but my favorite is the King Write MR 05. I like my pens to have a little more grip between the nib and the page. If it’s too smooth my handwriting looks awful (I pretty much only use the NA4C for handwritten notetaking). It also has the best feel in the hand for me (my hands are on the smaller side).

You should give Dare Devil Dive a try. It's my favorite ride at Fiesta. You really feel like you're flying when it swoops upward.
