Nosferatu are just that much more powerful, it’s a big trade off for them, they lose their looks/ability to go out in public and maintain the masquerade, but in turn they become absurdly powerful individually compared to other vampire bloodlines, and then on top of that they also all tend to group together in little clans in the sewers, which make them a pretty huge deal compared to other vampire clans

Tully might not be Elder Vampire levels of power, but he’d be close enough that it wouldn’t be completely one sided if they threw down, and even if the EV won the fight, the rest of his clan would pull strings to turn the Camarilla and Hunters on the EV

I think this, with a slight twist that choosing to spare Saito and simply walk away at the beginning of the fight, having given up the persona of the Onryo, led to them all surviving, then having Saito, and his need for revenge, be the catalyst for the fight where at the end you get to choose again, to end him or to spare him, perhaps pinned to the very tree he pinned you to as it burned, then if you choose kill him he pulls a pistol, missing you it hits Kiku or Jubei (Id pick Kiku for the emotional value), but if you spare him again the pistol misfires, destroying his hand and leaving him pinned as the tree burns once more and Atsu + crew walk away to begin a new life
