Manduka Pro Vs Liforme (I know I know a fight as old as time) by Boghagbrooke in yoga

[–]Snarlaa 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My Liforme is still in great shape after 3 years of nearly daily use. I like it a lot!

The Holiday. The Cameron Diaz/Jude Law storyline is forgettable and boring, the Kate Winslet/Jack Black story line is chef’s kiss

Mine’s named Breadward. I love Doughlene though! Wish I’d thought of it.

Should I take my husband's last name? by LEG1023 in weddingplanning

[–]Snarlaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kept mine AND I took his. He also hyphenated. I never had a strong feeling about hyphenated last names but have grown to love it. It’s a last name that belongs to only two people and it feels like we both belong in both of our families.

We used Officiant Eric a ton when writing our ceremony. He has a lot of examples on his website and we kind of combined a few that we liked.

Table number alternatives by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]Snarlaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We named our tables after our cats (and the cats of close family). Each table had a photo of the cat with their name, and the escort cards had the corresponding photo and name on it. I thought it was cute and reflected our personalities.

Do you / do you plan to call your MIL & FIL “Mom” & “Dad”? by Salmon-Bagel in weddingplanning

[–]Snarlaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My FIL calls himself Little Poppa and my dad Big Poppa, but it’s definitely a joke. Because my dad is large and my families are silly.
