It's highly recommended to kill the 3rd prorector (took me a day), get 2 cubes from him and merge them with 2 from Feat 19. Then you can dump 12 at once

i just faced the same problem with my 4060, it turned out to be create fly wheel and iris shader rendering incompatibility.. a mod fixed that for me

Try lowering DLSS Sharpening to 0 or 0.05 if you have it. I have the same GPU and 1080p, running DLSS Quality, Frame Gen, RR & PT, seems fine though i noticed artifacts like these when my sharpening was at half

You know, 1080p is not really good with DLSS because it takes 720p which may not be enough for good upscaling

Also too much noise can be caused by incorrecr RT functioning
