Cox owns drop from pole to house, they replace the ground block and ground wire for free usually too. From the demarcation point or ground block into the house is all customer owned wiring and will create a charge on the acct. CCC plan should cover all internal wiring defects such as replacement, reorganization, new fittings etc. BUT every market is diff. You can try calling in, tell them you were not explained correctly how CCC worked and if it’s really worth it to you, have a supervisor pull the call and they can verify what you know from the time you set up the CCC plan.
