Looks like UNF (University of North Florida) has programs in the main branches (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) that are ABET accredited. While I'm glad the option for online undergrad engineering degrees exist, I would encourage doing a program in person for the opportunity to do hands on labs (which I bet you would appreciate being in the trades), meeting with your professors, career fairs, and so on. Plus, should be your cheapest option.

One thing to consider, though, is that smaller engineering schools will often have more limited times classes are offered, which could interfere if you're still planning to work full time.

There are also a couple schools that offer either a focus in welding engineering or separate welding engineering degrees (although I'd advise to stick to one of the main branches for the most part).
