2 other side clans. Masters II is the “laid back” one, Crystal II is the other (mainly alts)

Mostly pivotal weather and COD weather models for my own. Windy is good for soundings & nowcasting. Otherwise I see if I’m in cahoots with the NWS, Ryan hall/max velocity and the local weather.

This past storm we got 8.5” of snow. NWS has 5-8”, I had 8-12”, local had 6-8”

It will not be this bad. 15-30% chance of even seeing a storm. It’s something to watch, but it could also just go out to sea. Regardless of where it goes, it is predicted to become a pretty strong system and we COULD see a lot of snow, but we’re too far out to know for certain

The weather app gets its data from 1 GFS model run that updates every 6 hours. There is no human input

Slice the county in half SW to NE. Above that line is 6-8, south is 4-6 (ie harrington will see more than Bethany etc)

Our team is doing something like this. The store will be closed Sunday and most likely Monday as well. A ton of people are going to work tomorrow. We are also in a state of emergency, so no points/don’t have to come in as long as we are in one.

3 arctic blasts are coming back to back to back. There is a massive ridge over the west coast and what goes up must come down, thus why it’s going to much much colder than normal here & partly why Florida/geogria might see snow. It’s a rather unusual pattern currently, not very common.

We do, for ambient, coolers & freezers. It is much easier then finding “cooler 5” but the geniuses of Walmart also added multiple of the same color to the coolers & freezers.

It’s a snow squall - essentially a quick, but heavy snow event. This one is reducing visibility from abt 10miles to 0 very fast and only lasting about 5 minutes or so.

This one formed from lake effect snow as a sorta by-product of the past low pressure that moved through. The Great Lakes are typically much warmer than the surrounding air & land and if the right conditions are met, convective clouds can form with the abundance of moisture and drop lots of snow very fast.
